Terms of Service

Last updated May 20, 2026

1. About this Service

CopernicusRx Analytics Platform (the “Service”) is a private, invitation-only analytics product operated by SaveHealth LLC (“SaveHealth”, “we”, “us”). The Service is currently provided to a single authorized customer organization (the “Customer”) on a limited basis. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service.

2. Access and authorized users

Access is granted only to individuals whose email addresses have been explicitly added to the Customer’s workspace by an authorized administrator. You agree that you will not share your sign-in link or credentials with anyone, will use the Service only on behalf of the Customer, and will stop using the Service if your administrator revokes your access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to extract, scrape, or exfiltrate data, credentials, or system internals beyond the outputs the Service explicitly exposes to you;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside of an authorized security engagement;
  • use the Service to process data that does not belong to the Customer or that you are not authorized to access;
  • interfere with the Service’s availability or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or audit logging.

4. Customer data and confidentiality

Content you see in the Service is derived from data provided or authorized by the Customer and may contain confidential business information. You agree to treat everything you see in the Service as confidential and to handle it according to the Customer’s internal data-handling policies.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis during this limited deployment. We do not commit to a specific uptime or support response time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

SaveHealth retains all rights in the Service, including its software, interfaces, and documentation. The Customer retains all rights in its own data. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you or to the Customer.

7. Suspension and termination

Your administrator may revoke your access at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, and disclaimers — will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service’s outputs are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment. You should verify any result before acting on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveHealth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via the Customer’s administrator. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
